FM Bilawal Bhutto Zardari tweeted through his Twitter account:
“President Zardari has tested positive for Covid. He is fully vaccinated, boosted, isolating with mild symptoms and undergoing treatment. We are praying for his swift recovery”.
A few days ago, Zardari travelled to Dubai to celebrate his 67th birthday, with his daughter and 9 month old grandson. His daughter, Bakhwatar Bhutto Zardar gave a statement and said that the former president’s PCR test was positive when he landed in Dubai. She further stated that his symptoms were mild, and that he was on day four of his isolation.
“Thank you for your prayers, and remind everyone to remain precautious.” She captioned her re-tweet of FM Bilawal Bhutto’s Tweet. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif sent his prayers and best wishes through Twitter to the former President.
